Fulfillment Policy

    • All exercise and nutrition plans are delivered digitally through our app.

    • Clients are required to pay upfront for the entire program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

    • Clients can contact us directly through the app for any questions or concerns.

    • We respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and within 48 hours for messages received on weekends

  • Cancellation Policy

    • All coaching services are non-refundable once program materials have been delivered or 24 hours have passed since purchase—whichever comes first.​

    • There are no fees for missed check-ins

    • Clients can pause their program at any time, but no refund will be provided. They can resume the remaining portion of the program at a later date.

      Due to the personalized nature of our coaching programs, which include custom-built workouts, nutrition plans, and onboarding support, refunds will not be issued after this point.​

      We are committed to helping you achieve your goals. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request:​

      • A pause in your program, with remaining time resumed later.​

      By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

    • Clients are allowed unlimited adjustments to their program as goals and progress change. There are no additional fees for these modifications.
