Clients are required to pay upfront for the entire program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

We respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and within 48 hours for messages received on weekends

Cancellation Policy
All coaching services are non-refundable once program materials have been delivered or 24 hours have passed since purchase—whichever comes first.
There are no fees for missed check-ins
Clients can pause their program at any time, but no refund will be provided. They can resume the remaining portion of the program at a later date.

Due to the personalized nature of our coaching programs, which include custom-built workouts, nutrition plans, and onboarding support, refunds will not be issued after this point.
