Fulfillment Policy

    • All exercise and nutrition plans are delivered digitally through our app.

    • Clients are required to pay upfront for the entire program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in advance.

    • Clients can contact us directly through the app for any questions or concerns.

    • We respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and within 48 hours for messages received on weekends

    • Due to the custom nature of our coaching services—including individualized training plans, nutrition guidance, onboarding support, and access to digital resources—no refunds will be issued under any circumstance. All sales are final.

      By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We are committed to helping you succeed and will provide full support throughout your program. If needed, you may request to pause your program and resume your remaining time at a later date.
