No calorie tracking or macro counting!
You will receive a PDF in our app with a list of food items to stick with along with a template showing you how to structure a full day of eating.
There will be plenty of food options to accommodate any type of dietary preference including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.

Most workout are design to take 45-60 minutes to complete. If you are tight on time we suggest either removing 1-2 exercises or doing 1 less set per exercise.

You will receive a PDF file in the app with a 50+ food items to choose from for each meals & snack each day.

Yes! after the challenge is over you will have the option to continue with one of our programs.

Alcohol is not recommended during the challenge to maximize your results.

You will have a checklist in the app for your workouts and bodyweight log each day. Other than that, follow the nutrition guidelines and that’s it!
