Each workout will include a demonstration video so you know exactly what to do.

We have 3 Workout Program Options: Full Gym, Dumbbell + Barbell, & Bodyweight Only options.

Nutrition Guidance

No calorie tracking or macro counting!

You will receive a PDF in our app with a list of food items to stick with along with a template showing you how to structure a full day of eating.

There will be plenty of food options to accommodate any type of dietary preference including vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options.

Frequently asked questions

  • Most workout are design to take 45-60 minutes to complete. If you are tight on time we suggest either removing 1-2 exercises or doing 1 less set per exercise.

  • You will receive a PDF file in the app with a 50+ food items to choose from for each meals & snack each day.

  • Yes! after the challenge is over you will have the option to continue with one of our programs.

  • Alcohol is not recommended during the challenge to maximize your results.

  • You will have a checklist in the app for your workouts and bodyweight log each day. Other than that, follow the nutrition guidelines and that’s it!

  • Yes! You wil have messaging access to us in the coaching app for any questions during the challenge.
